In this course, you will learn how to deliver the Safe Work Spaces course to employees within your organization. You will engage in topics such as the unique needs of adult learners, the Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and how to facilitate a session when participants are disruptive or disengaged. Your employees will learn to recognize various forms of harassment and violence, the impact on individuals and organizations, and appropriate responses and reporting structures.
