In this course, you will learn how to deliver the Safe Workspaces course to employees within your organization. You will explore topics such as the unique needs of adult learners, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and how to facilitate a session when participants are disruptive or disengaged. You will also learn to recognize various forms of harassment and violence, understand their impact on individuals and organizations, and identify appropriate responses and reporting structures.
